This privacy policy explains how SASU Dynamic Foundries ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use DomainCraftAI.com ("the Site"), in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data We Collect
This Site does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. We may automatically collect the following data when you visit the Site:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, date and time of visit
- Search queries: the text you submit to the domain generator (your business idea or keywords). This text is processed in memory by a locally-hosted AI model to produce domain name suggestions and is not stored in any database. The most recent suggestions are kept in a server-side session for the duration of your browser session only and are cleared when the session ends.

Data Retention
Search queries you submit to the generator are processed in memory and are not stored in any database. The most recent suggestions remain in a server-side session for the duration of your browser session only and are cleared when the session ends.
Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months from the date of collection. Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for 12 months for security and legal purposes.
